Check this wikipedia article : Poutine

My mouth is watering at the sight pf the first picture... lol

But the first sentence has it all wrong... It' not fries covered with brown gravy and curd cheese... The best poutines are made by placing a few curds of cheese at the bottom of the bowl, then add fries, add more cheese then pour hot gravy on top of it all... Smile

Enjoy... And Stuffz... I'll find you a few packets of poutine sauce mixture so you can try the real deal... Smile
