Since there isn't a UI for this, the console must be used for now...
1) Open the console (press tilde "`") NOTE: F3=auto complete
2) Type "VoteKickStart" : This will output a list of players and an ID/index for each
3) Type "VoteKickPlayerByIndex <idx>" where <idx> is the player's index from step 2

- press E to enter/exit them
- Shift = Nitro boost for land vehicles
- Ctrl = Hand brake for power slides
- Number keys to switch seats (1=driver)
-- Quad and trike --
- mouse leans forward/back and side to side
- left click makes mouse move the camera
- right click re-centers camera
-- Air Vehicles --
W=Gas (must be gassing to enable other controls)
A/D = Yaw
Mouse = Pitch and roll
Left click: Primary (air to ground) weapon
Right click: Air to air proximity missiles

!!! TO TAKE OUT HELICOPTERS !!!
Scavenger's Bodyguard and Resistance's Weapons Specialist: has a proximity detonated stinger for taking out helicopters. The scavenger's Grunt's main weapon is very effective against ALL vehicles
Melee weapons:
- Press left click to swing once or hold it down to keep swinging repeatedly
- When not swinging you run/sprint faster than normal: use this to out-maneuver and chase opponents down |

For those of you coming into this game later, here's the initial setup steps
Under General - check the Toggle Crouch. or not.
Set your screen to Full Window
Pick your correct aspect ratio - that will then show you the available resolutions
Pick your lcd's native resolution - otherwise, just make sure you set it to full window
Field of view - default is 70 - max is 120, 100 seems to be a compromise where the screen isn't squashed, and the players aren't too small.
Key bindings - if you set Toggle Camera to another key, it will work, but C key will still function, too, along with its crouch.
Ease off of the sprint key when driving vehicles - they are twitchy.
When in game, if you want to edit your Key Binds, you have to first click the text above - Settings - then click on Key Binds to make them show.
There are currently 2 gametypes and 3 maps. There are only a dozen servers or so, and 4 of them are in the US - two on the West and two on the East coast. |
